May 2026 — Zenflow Updates

May was all about polish and platform stability. Zenflow shipped 2.1.5 through 2.2.1, bringing usage-based billing, Claude Code auto-approve mode, a major Electron upgrade, window state persistence, and dozens of UX and reliability fixes.

New Features

Usage-Based Billing in Zenflow

Pay for What You Use

Native UBB support means clearer pricing, transparent usage, and a smoother sign-in flow.
Zenflow now supports usage-based billing end-to-end — with onboarding that skips sign-in when you’re already authenticated and a robust UBB API key fallback.

Claude Code Auto-Approve Mode

Hands-Free Agent Execution

Let Claude Code run end-to-end without pausing on every action.
Zenflow now supports Claude Code’s auto-approve mode, letting agents work uninterrupted on trusted workflows.

Cross-Model Workflows Refresh

The cross-model pipeline was renamed to Multi-model (with a new icon) and the review panel was upgraded to better surface multi-model results. The old cost-effective pipeline naming is gone, replaced by clearer semantics.

Window State Persistence

Pick Up Where You Left Off

Zenflow now remembers your window size and position across restarts.
A small but long-requested fix — Zenflow Desktop now persists window dimensions and position between sessions.

Keyboard Shortcuts for Tabs

New shortcuts let you close and re-open tabs without leaving the keyboard.

Engineering Manager Dashboard Automation

A new Engineering Manager Dashboard automation template ships out of the box — preconfigured to surface team-level activity, blockers, and progress.

Pipedream Integration

The Pipedream integration is now available, connecting Zenflow to hundreds of third-party services through Pipedream’s gateway.

Plain-Text Paste

Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+V now pastes as plain text in the prompt editor — useful when copying from rich-text sources.

Reveal in Folder

A new Reveal in Folder action in the file editor opens any file in your system’s file manager.

Operation ID for ZenCLI

ZenCLI now surfaces its operation ID in the UI for easier debugging and support escalation.

Slack Skill Enhancements

The Slack skill now supports thread reading, channel reading, message shortcut context, and a message send action via the slack_bot skill.
Zenflow Desktop now parses file links in agent responses, making them directly clickable to jump to the referenced location.
